As the excellent work presented by Raff et al. (1) on the diagnostic accuracy of 64-slice computed tomography for assessing coronary artery disease is of great interest to a large readership, I would like to bring to your attention an error in the Abstract. The terms “specificity” and “sensitivity” seem to have been mixed up in the Abstract, as can be confirmed by comparing the results in the Abstract with the numbers given in the text and in Table 2. This “explains” the rather low value in the Abstract for sensitivity in the per segment analysis.
