To investigate the interaction and biological pathways of metabolite product of Sini Decoction on the myocardial infarction model.
The experimental studies of Sini Decoction in treatment of myocardial infarction were retrievaled from CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP database, EMBASE and PubMed database. The metabolite products in the study were included. metabolite pathway analysis using KEGG, molecular metabolite annotation, enzyme or transporter associated and its related properties were analyzed by HMDB, metabolite pathway visualization using metPA network software.
A total of 3 studies were included in this study, and 39 metabolites were involved in 39 metabolic pathways. Through the analysis of the pathway topology, 9 pathways p value of less than 0.05 is identified as the metabolic pathways of Sini Decoction in treating myocardial infarction, the amino acyl tRNA biosynthesis, the citric acid cycle (TCA cycle), Valine, leucine and Isoleucine biosynthesis, alanine, aspartic acid and glutamic acid metabolism, D-GLUTAMINE and glutamate metabolism, nitrogen metabolism, unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis, arginine and proline metabolism, galactose metabolism.
Biological information analysis showed that the mechanism of action is related to the Krebs cycle, amino acid synthesis, transport and so on. This result reflects the characteristics of Sini Decoction “more, multi effect and multi targets”.
