As the pace of life continues to increase, people's value become changing. More and more people began to participate various sports, with many environmental events accorded inevitably. Long time high and low temperature movement and the work can cause a variety of harm to the body, the experiment stduy exercise rats in different temperature to provide theoretical basis for the different temperature and environmental movement training.
We choosed clean grade male 48 SD rats which were 6 weeks old and the body weight between 120-140g. Conventional sub cage adaptive feeding for one week, free diet, natural light conditions. After adaptive feeding, We divided the rats into four groups randomly: normal control group, low temperature swimming group, normal temperature swimming group and high temperature swimming exercise group. Firstly, We trained rats adaptive swim for 3 days of, one time a day, and the time from 5 minutes to 20 minutes, and then we began the formal swimming exercise, swimming once a day, duration is 50 minutes. The experiment was carried out for 4 months, during which the active state of the rats were observed and recorded. Before the end of the experiment, all rats did a exhaustive exercise, each group in experimental rats were anaesthetized by pentobarbital sodium, after then we took gastronomies' muscle from hind leg to test.
1. In the control group, the muscle fibers were closely arranged, the morphology of the cells was normal, and the damage of muscle fibers and the phagocytosis of cells were not observed. 2. High temperature group rat muscle fiber morphology obviously damaged in irregular shape, difference of muscle fiber, visible triangles, bar and so on fiber morphology changes, widening of the gap between muscle fiber and the adjacent muscle fibers, visible to the obvious degeneration, necrosis, the dissolution of the muscle fiber, muscle cell membrane rupture and part of the nucleus shift. 3. Low temperature swimming group of muscle fiber bundle has the tendency of transverse sections showed fusion degeneration, muscle internal connective tissue hyperplasia. Infiltration of inflammatory cells around the blood vessels and deposition of foreign bodies. Fascicle within a polygonal and circular muscle fibers, individually visible scattered or in groups in the distribution of the small round shape and small angular muscle fiber atrophy, scattered in the distribution of necrotic muscle fibers, fiber necrosis appeared around the cell phagocytes, old muscle fiber necrosis with inflammatory cell infiltration and group distribution of hemophilic alkaline muscle fibers with nuclear hypertrophy.
Four kinds of sports environment, high temperature environment, the extent of muscle fiber damage is the largest, the damage degree of muscle fiber in the low temperature exercise group, the damage degree of the muscle fibers in the normal temperature movement is the lowest.
