To investigate the level of IL-1, IL-6, IL-10 levels in peripheral artery and coronary artery among patients with acute myocardial infarction and analyze the differences.
Collect 54 pairs of blood samples from peripheral artery and coronary artery of acute myocardial infarction patients, while coronary artery blood is acquired by thrombus aspiration catheter. Applying ELISA to test the level of IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, separately, and compare the results.
The level of IL-1, IL-6, IL-10 in coronary artery blood is Statistically significant higher than that from peripheral artery, (P<0.05), other parameters including electrode and blood white cell are comparable.
This study shows the strong relationship between the level of IL-1, IL-6, IL-10 levels, which indicates that onset and progress of acute myocardial infarction may be associated with inflammation, this can be a target for the treatment of unstable coronary disease.
