To study the effect of coupling intervals change of arrhythmia on the hemodynamics.
299 cases were observed, including 48 cases with atrial premature beats, 51 cases with ventricular premature beats, 50 cases with sinus arrhythmia, 30 cases with atrial fibrillation, 90 cases with artificial atrial premature beats induced by TEAP and 30 healthy controls with sinus rhythm. Above-mentioned examiners were investigated through cardiac function check apparatus. The pulsographic areas were measured by signal processing technique.
The pulsographic areas of premature beats were smallest when advanced ratios were >40%,middle when the ratios were between 20%-40%,and largest when the ratios were <20%(p<0.05). There were no correlations between spontaneous and artificial arterial premature beat (p>0.05). The pulsographic areas of respiratory sinus arrhythmia was positive correlation when the P-P intervals were the shortest, middle and longest. The pulsographic areas of atrial fibrillation were smallest at the R-R intervals<600ms. Which were middle at the R-R intervals between 600ms-1000ms, and largest maximum at the R-R intervals>1500ms. They were significantly different(p<0.05).
The effect of arrhythmias on hemodynamics is closely related to the length of the coupling interval of arrhythmia.
