Analysis perioperative efficacy of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis sequelae.
From 2011.9 to 2016.12 in our hospital department of orthopedics treated 36 cases of elderly patients as the research object, the patients who had a history of cerebral thrombosis. According to the condition, The patients were divided into observation group of 18 cases and 18 cases in the control group. The observation group underwent minimally invasive proximal femoral antirotation intramedullary nail fixation, the control group dynamic hip plate fixation, corresponding anti coagulation, ensure the cardiopulmonary function were taken during process. The postoperative curative effect on perioperative treatment were analyzed. The score of patients with Harris hip joint function, analyze the perioperative general situation.
Through the analysis of all patients in the perioperative by Harris, the observation group (87.3±2.2),significantly better than the control group (66.1±2.3),and to observe the postoperative complication rate was 17.4%, significantly lower than the control group 38.6%.the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).
Elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures after the treatment for cerebral thrombosis sequelae patients should choose an appropriate surgical treatment.in order to restore function, reduce complications and improve the quality of life for patients.
