2014 and forward“Continuous maintenance of certification” eraSecure examination after training; certification contingent upon MOC activities; “meeting MOC requirements” include: 1) completing at least 1 MOC activity to earn ABIM MOC points by December 31, 2015 and every 2 years thereafter; 2) earning 100 MOC points every 5 years in the correct distribution (20 points minimum for Part II, 20 points minimum for Part IV, and 60 points for either Part II or Part IV); 3) completing patient survey and patient safety modules every 5 years; and 4) completing secure MOC examination every 10 years; “Meeting or Not Meeting MOC Requirements” will be posted on the ABIM website for all diplomates including “grandparents”
