Unstable angina is defined as TnI ≤0.06 μg/l and no ST-segment elevation or new BBB on admission ECG. NSTEMI is defined as TnI >0.06 μg/l and no ST-segment elevation or new BBB on ECG. STEMI/BBBMI is defined as ST-segment elevation or new bundle branch block on admission ECG with supporting clinical and/or biomarker data).
